Mark Potkewitz is a technology transactions attorney admitted in New York specializing in market data, software-as-a-service (SaaS)/hosted services, professional services, and software licensing agreements. He is an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law at Brooklyn Law School, co-chair of the AI Subcommittee of the New York City Bar Association’s Technology, Cyber, and Privacy Committee, a Law and Legal Innovation Fellow at ForHumanity, a nonprofit focused on AI ethics, and a former Director of the Legal Innovation Centre at Ulster University. He is a frequent speaker on law and technology, legal innovation, regulation and emerging technology, and the impact of technology on privacy.

Mark received his JD cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and his AB in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
