Kristina Rochester is an experienced commercial transactions attorney focused on technology and market data transactions.

Prior to joining BLG, Kristina practiced as a corporate lawyer with a focus on securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Kristina advised public and private companies in M&A, real estate joint venture and other business transactions. She also represented companies and underwriters in securities offerings, including public and private debt and equity offerings. In addition, Kristina practiced entertainment law representing entertainment, media and advertising clients and other content providers.

Kristina earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Before that, she graduated with honors from Loyola Marymount University with an MA in Education Administration and the University of Pennsylvania with BA in Political Science and Hispanic Studies.

Kristina speaks business Spanish, having studied Spanish literature in her undergraduate years as well as interning at a Costa Rican law firm and studying Costa Rican law at the University of Costa Rica as part of her legal studies.

Kristina is a member of the New York Bar and the Florida Bar.
