Bree Callahan is an attorney focused on technology transactions and contract management solutions. Bree has experience drafting and reviewing client-facing commercial contracts, including in the areas of market data, software licensing, and professional services.

Prior to joining BLG, Bree spent several years at the Bank of New York Mellon, first as an analyst in third-party risk management and later as a senior paralegal in the Commercial Law Group. During her time there, she focused on managing contract remediation projects, training AI tools, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts with Vendors, and serving on the legal department’s pro bono council. During her later years at the bank, she simultaneously earned her JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Bree is active in the local Irish community and grew up Irish Dancing in competitions and performances nationwide.
