He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating various types of in-bound and out-bound software, licensing agreements delivered on premise, locally hosted (e.g., ASP), and through the cloud (e.g., SaaS), end-user license agreements (EULAs), managed services agreements (including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and data-as-a-service (DaaS) agreements), evaluation and beta testing agreements, professional services agreements (PSAs) and statements of work, maintenance and support agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
