Josh has negotiated hundreds of IP and IT outsourcing transactions, from complex multi-national projects involving custom software development and system re-engineering, to packaged products and services for HR, CRM and IT support. Josh has extensive experience on data security matters, working with clients in diverse industries to address the technological and legal risks associated with storing and distributing information. Josh also advises on the technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions and financings and the related transition agreements and due diligence. Whatever the matter, his approach is always to offer practical advice to help his clients meet their objectives.
Prior to joining BLG, Josh served as a senior attorney at Bertelsmann, Inc. Before joining Bertelsmann, Inc., he was a corporate attorney at Loeb & Loeb LLP.
